Continued working on the Peras testnet, which now includes the latest changes from our integration branch. We are currently deciding how to tacke some unforeseen issues. In particular, we are currently deciding how to orchestrate a manual transition from the Conway era to Dijkstra at startup.

Continued iterating on the logistics of the next part of the project (making Peras mainnet-ready), focused on understanding missing requirements and defining suitable milestones.
