Weekly Report: 2025-12-26

Most of the team is/was on vacation this week.

• Opened Peras 12 with a small (breaking) change to keep the previous epoch nonce around so it can be used to validate (slightly old) Peras certificates when the appear in blocks.

• Continued refining the PerasVoteDB so it can be sent to the Consensus team for review after the holidays.
