Weekly Report: 2025-12-05

  • Continue refining the first implementation of the PerasVoteDB. We are currently looking into the best way to safely aggregate votes and forge certificates.

  • Started addressing the new feedback on the object diffusion mini-protocol implementation at the ouroboros-network side. The main focus is to implement more thorough tests, especially for serialization tasks.

  • Opened Peras #9 with several small changes in preparation for the Peras voting rules.

  • Continued implementing metrics for the Peras Dashboard, which now also displays values on mouse hover.

  • Merged Peras #7 after validating it can be easily integrated into cardano-node.

  • Merged the first Ledger PR preparing the ground for storing certificates in blocks.
